Growing up in family of fantastic cooks, I was a late bloomer when it came to sautéing and seasoning to perfection. My father and mother had the perfect sense of flavor and touch, always knowing when a dish was cooked just right, without a second guess.
My sister inherited the family trait, while I was not so lucky. Why did I need to learn how to cook when I had 3 other people in house that could do it even better. Combine moving out in my early twenties with a little inspiration and we give you Rookie Chef — a taste of life.
This is a life-long look at creating and enjoying a meal with people you love, traveling the world as much as you can and sharing those experience with those who are curious.
We hope you join us for the ride.
